Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to purchases on varnisa.in, operated by Xelora Business Solutions Pvt Ltd (VARNISA), Thane, India.

1. Products: VARNISA sells imitation jewellery. Photos are for illustration. Colour may vary slightly with your screen.
2. Prices: all prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes. Shipping within India is Rs 99 for orders below Rs 500 and free for orders of Rs 500 and above.
3. Orders: an order is confirmed after payment succeeds. We may cancel an order for stock or pricing errors and refund in full.
4. Payment: online payment only, through Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking, wallets). We do not offer cash on delivery. We do not store your card details.
5. Shipping, cancellation, returns and refunds are governed by the Shipping Policy, Refund and Cancellation Policy and Return and Exchange Policy on this site.
6. Care: imitation jewellery should be kept dry and away from perfume and chemicals. Damage from misuse is not covered.
7. Liability: our liability is limited to the price of the product you paid for.
8. Governing law: Indian law. Courts at Thane, Maharashtra have jurisdiction.
