Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation

You can cancel an order before it is dispatched for a full refund. Email or WhatsApp us with your order ID.

Refunds after return

Once we receive your returned parcel we do a 24-hour quality check. If the item meets the return conditions, we refund within 3 business days to your original payment method.

Defective or wrong item

Report it within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will exchange it free of charge, or refund in full if an exchange is not possible.

Shipping charge

If we cancel your order or send a defective or wrong item, the shipping amount is refunded too. For other returns the shipping charge is not refunded.

Cancellations before dispatch are refunded within 3 business days.

Your bank may take extra days to show the credit.
